Associated Office
Maddy Nagley is an Associate of CBRE specializing in the marketing and leasing of office buildings for institutional owners primarily located in the urban core submarkets of Atlanta, including 7000 Central Park, 101 Marietta, Uptown, 191 Peachtree, Platinum Tower, and Altmore. Since joining CBRE in 2023, Maddy and her team have completed more than 595,000 rentable square feet of office leasing consisting of more than 37 transactions. A Georgia native, Ms. Nagley is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Georgia and a member of the Diversity Mentorship Program and Young Council of Realtors of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
