Based in Singapore, Neil Bear-Hetherington provides expert guidance to data centre developers, operators and investors on investment transactions, capital formation, debt issuance, and land strategies. He collaborates closely with CBRE's Capital Advisory, Leasing, and Colocation teams, ensuring clients receive integrated and comprehensive advice across all aspects of data centres.
Prior to joining the APAC team, Neil was a member of CBRE's data centre team in Europe. His experience encompasses advising leading hyperscalers, financial institutions, life sciences, and quantitative trading firms on complex data centre acquisitions, colocation strategies, leasing, self-build planning, and sale and leaseback transactions. Neil has a proven track record of executing global strategic data centre acquisitions across diverse markets including the U.K., France, Nordics, Belgium, Romania, South Africa, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Turkey, Japan, and Saudi Arabia.
