Julie Deignan serves as a Senior Managing Director and Practice Lead for Furniture Advisory Services within Space Enablement. Julie works with clients nationally and globally to assess where they are in the furniture buying process and/or the specific furniture pain points for which they are trying to solve. She has extensive experience in developing unique and strategic approaches to support clients in meeting their objectives at any stage in their process. Working with each client, Julie is able to determine where the client is most at risk and how best to mitigate those risks while delivering the value clients seek.

To date, the Furniture Advisory Services team has worked on over $500M worth of projects, so the data from which they can draw to support clients is essential in developing strategies which ensure maximum cost reduction, transparency and value. In addition, this service has been able to achieve and demonstrate savings for its clients ranging from 5%-28% of the total furniture budget.

Julie has been in the commercial furnishings and design industries for over 20 years, including 12 years at furniture dealerships, 4 years in Business Development at an Interior Design Firm, and providing Furniture Advisory Services at CBRE since 2014.
