Professional Experience

Georgia Collins is Group President of Client Strategy & Engagement for CBRE’s Enterprise FM business, where she leads the teams responsible for thought leadership, client insight, and the capabilities that help organizations unlock true enterprise value through real estate.

Georgia's work is grounded in a conviction that real estate creates the most impact when it's designed with intent — when organizations are clear about what they're actually solving for, not just what they're asking for. Her team translates what they hear from clients into research, experiences and guidance that help CRE leaders ask better questions, build stronger capabilities, and integrate outsourcing services successfully. When combined, these can drive both cost optimization and business value. That same insight also shapes CBRE's Enterprise FM business — its products, partnerships and go-to-market approach.

Georgia believes that the best outcomes — in building teams and building solutions — come from bringing together diverse strengths in service of a shared vision. It's a conviction she traces back to her training in urban planning, where the most consequential work happens at the intersection of many disciplines.

Georgia has held a range of senior leadership roles at CBRE, including leading the consulting practice in the Americas; serving as Executive Vice President of Hana, CBRE's initial flexible space solution, leading enterprise product; and co-leading Host, CBRE's original experience services business. She holds a Master of Urban Planning from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
