Professional Experience
Thomas Tyng brings more than 30 years of experience to his leadership role in retail leasing, acquisition/dispositions and tenant representation. Thomas has completed over 8,000,000 square feet of retail leasing and acquisition/disposition transactions and more than 400 acres of land sales. He serves clients with a presence in San Antonio, Austin, Laredo and the Rio Grande Valley.
Thomas joined CBRE in 2019 through its acquisition of REATA Real Estate. Prior to joining REATA, Thomas was employed by The Woodmont Company in Fort Worth and Trammell Crow Company in San Antonio.
Thomas graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor in Business Administration. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the San Antonio Real Estate Council. He also serves on the board of the Alamo Heights Mule Team and is a member of the Texas Christian University Alumni Association.
He is married and has three children.
