Stan Lotridge serves as a Senior Vice President in the Retail Services group, specializing in both national and local tenant representation, regional and community shopping center landlord services and disposition. Stan is able to provide his clients with a comprehensive approach to implementing a real estate strategy, from market planning and research, to site selection, to lease negotiations.
Stan's career highlights for tenant relationships include Life Time Fitness, Capital One Bank, Eyemasters Eyecare Centers, ALDI Food Market, Play It Again Sports, Oreck, Bar Louie Restaurants, Caliber Collision Centers, Fresenius Medical and others. Stan currently manages the complete strategic market rollouts for ALDI Food Market in Texas and Oklahoma, as well as managing market rollouts for Capital One in North Texas and assisting with their national expansion program. His major achievements on the landlord side include Allen Central Market (325,000 sq. ft.); Watauga Towne Crossing (375,000 sq. ft.); The Rivery (124 acres); Watauga Pavilion (220,000 sq. ft.); The Shops at Legacy (150,000 sq. ft.); Wheatland Towne Crossing (367,969 sq. ft.); and Alliance Town Center (600,000+ sq. ft. 200 acre mixed use retail/specialty retail development) and others.
Stan has been awarded the "Top Retail Broker of the Year" from the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, has been named a "Top 10 Producer" every year since 1997, and has been named a Top Producer in Texas three out of the last five years. Stan joined CBRE in 2015 through its merger with UCR. Prior to UCR, he held positions with Grubb & Ellis.
