Gene Williams

Professional Experience

Gene Williams is a First Vice President with the CBRE Global Advisory Group. In this position, he acts as a team leader for Central and South Texas. Mr. Williams is also a leader of the CBRE Urban Platform Team, which focuses exclusively on leasing and consulting for specialized redevelopment
projects in the urban core. Additionally, he works with the Investment Properties Team to assist clients with the acquisition/ disposition of land, multi-tenant, development, and re-development properties in these markets.

Outside of his retail portfolio, he assists Public Sector and Private Institutional clients with the disposition of both land and improved assets within the urban core of the major cities in Texas. Since 2016, he has been involved in transactions totaling over $500 million in total consideration.
