•Developer Lawrence Group announced two primary tenants that will anchor the $185 million first phase of the old Federal Mogul foundry in Midtown. When complete, the mixed-use first phase of City Foundry STL will include a 48,000 sq. ft. food hall (the first of its kind in St. Louis), 133,000 sq. ft. of traditional retail space, 124,000 sq. ft. of office space and a 511-space parking structure.

•St. Louis-based Panera Bread acquired Au Bon Pain in pursuit of their company-wide initiative to expand into new real estate channels such as universities and hospitals.

•Knoebel Construction completed construction on The Shoppes at Mid Rivers, a $54 million retail-focused development in the St. Charles submarket.
