Developers started to recover their activity following its decline in the crisis period, but the last one not always transforms to projects: risks associated construction remain high level for banks.

There are fewer large ambitious projects - the average size of projects under construction is 27,000 sq m. However, the decline in the number of markets and low development of e-commerce (less than 5% of the total turnover) drive creating favourable environment for a different level competition among existing retail premises.
