At the end of the years’ first nine months, the total investment volume in Romania accounts for EUR 521.4* mln. with 11% lower compared with the value registered during the same period of the previous year. Almost a quarter of the YTD investment volume was concluded in the last three months through two major office transactions closed in Bucharest.
During the first nine months of 2020, sixteen transactions were closed with an average ticket size of EUR 35.0 mln with 25% higher compared with 2019 average for the same period.
At the end of Q3 2020, prime yields kept a stable pace for the office and industrial segments, remaining at 7.00%, respectively 7.75%.
