The Prague office market grew by 20,800 sq m in Q1 2020 and currently stands at 3.67 mln sq m of modern office space. Two new office buildings were delivered to the market. The total amount of space under construction was about 253,700 sq m. Take up reached almost 53,300 sq m, which was 39% less than the previous quarter. Total leasing activity in Q1 2020 was 69,600 sq m. New leases in Q1 2020 accounted for 51.7% of total leasing activity, followed by renegotiations (23.2%). Prime rent stood between 22.50 and 23.00 €/sq m/month.
