•CBD Class A spaces saw an 8.0% quarter-over-quarter increase in the vacancy rate to 20.7% in Q4 2017.

•Absorption totaled 181,650 sq. ft. on the quarter, posting a YTD absorption of 308,944 sq. ft.

•The Nova Centre came online this quarter, adding 300,000 sq. ft. of office space to the total building inventory of which nearly one third has been leased.

•The Halifax office market has 150,000 sq. ft. of space under construction with 120,000 sq. ft. in CBD and 30,000 sq. ft. in the suburban market.
