Compared to Q4 2018, capital value growth in Q4 2019 shows a gain in momentum in Office (7% y-o-y) and Industrial (7% y-o-y) sectors, and a loss in momentum in the Retail (-3% y-o-y) sector.
EMEA Office capital value observed considerable growth (9% y-o-y) in Q4 2019, supported by strong fundamentals in Switzerland, Germany, and Spain.
