Nathan Wood is a Senior Vice President within our Retail Services group. His team specializes in partnering with retailers seeking to open multiple units in multiple markets by accelerating the velocity of transactions through market knowledge, communication, technology and process.

Nathan's experience in the retail real estate industry is expansive and includes site selection, lease negotiation, portfolio optimization, development, portfolio leasing and property sales and dispositions. Nathan represents many national retailers in the disposition of their existing portfolios. In addition, he has helped large developers in securing the best possible sites for development as well as assisting in the leasing and sales of their existing portfolios.
