Professional Experience
Michael N. Jersin joined CBRE in 2019 through its acquisition of REATA Real Estate. Prior to the merger, Michael was CEO of REATA where he administered the company, represented tenants in the South Texas market and was responsible for approximately 3,000,000 square feet of project leasing.
Michael leads some of our most successful marketing and lease-up efforts including Alamo Ranch, Huebner Oaks and The Village at Stone Oak Shopping Centers. He represents many nationally recognized tenants in the South Texas market including Harbor Freight Tools, Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, K&G Menswear, UPS Sport Clips, Men's Wearhouse, Panda Express and Skechers.
Michael maintains an active community leadership role as a member of the Urban Land Institute, UTSA Founder's Council and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Michael has also coached in the YMCA Basketball Program, JCC Youth Basketball League and the Town and Country Little League.
