Professional Experience
Louie Tijerina joined CBRE in 2016 as an Associate for Retail Services. His primary focus is on landlord & tenant representation, specifically on Hispanic serving markets. Louie provides essential real estate counsel to his clients ensuring transparency and a trusted partner throughout a transaction. Louie works both in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex as well as the borderlands of Texas along the US-Mexico border.
Prior to joining CBRE, Louie worked with Hopkins Commercial Real Estate as a leasing and marketing manager for both occupier and landlord representation. His experience on both sides of the business gives clients confidence in Louie’s ability to negotiate the best possible offer and build on advantage for their business.
Before breaking into brokerage, Louie spent three years working with the National Hispanic Institute as a regional and national director for different programs within the organization. Working at the institute gave him the ability to combine his passion for his Hispanic culture and education, while refining his relationship-building and management skills.
