Professional Experience

Ben Ganzkow, CCIM specializes in commercial retail, development land and urban mixed-use development projects. His brokerage services include sales, leasing, landlord/tenant representation and site selection. He is particularly experienced in retail big box leasing sales. Mr. Ganzkow has been active in mortgage lending and commercial real estate since 2001 and has closed over $175 million in commercial real estate transactions. In 2010, he earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
