Arpan is an integral part of the regional leadership team in the Advisory & Transaction Services business. He leads the Regional Consulting business across Asia Pacific – in partnership with CBRE’s global knowledge and management consulting teams – to offer unrivalled expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Organizational Integration strategies, Portfolio Strategies & Optimization reviews, Labor Analytics and Location Intelligence for all asset classes including office, retail, industrial & logistics, and data centers.
With 16+ years of management consulting & transactions experience serving a broad spectrum of corporate clients, Arpan thrives on decoding complexities that arise from growth opportunities or portfolio rebalance needs including entering new markets, disposition of assets, or negotiating with local authorities to understand nuances that can impact cost savings and profitability. Arpan works across a wide spectrum of corporate clients and provides independent and unbiased advice in achieving greater efficiencies and solving long-term objectives of his clients’ needs.
Together with a team of data scientists and management consultants, Arpan leverages the power of data and deep tech analytics to scrutinise trends, forecasts and developments in order to support sound decision making and make practical recommendations for both occupiers and investor clients. Some of his corporate clients include Nestle, Kohler, Ford Motors, Volvo, Nokia, Emerson, ABB and Boston Consulting Group.
In his previous roles, Arpan had successfully implemented portfolio master-planning and optimization studies, right-shoring strategies, city-level portfolio plans and benchmarking exercises across Asia Pacific and the Middle East region.
